About the role

Seeking a highly technical and operationally sophisticated AI Workflow Engineer/Automation Architect, this full-time remote position will design and implement AI-native legal workflows and operational automation systems, collaborating with various teams to integrate AI models and enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled workflow orchestration systems across legal and operational processes Develop integrations between AI platforms, CRMs, document automation systems, and internal operational tools Monitor workflow reliability, system performance, and troubleshoot automation failures and integration issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering, computer science, or related field Deep experience in workflow automation, systems integration, and software engineering Proficiency in production-grade Python and sound software engineering practices Strong understanding of APIs, workflow orchestration, and event-driven systems Experience with automation platforms and orchestration tools or AI infrastructure frameworks
