Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, maintain, and optimize our database environments. The ideal candidate will ensure database performance, availability, security, and reliability while working closely with development and IT teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and maintain production and non-production databases. Perform database installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations. Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues. Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures. Implement database security, user access, and permissions. Perform database performance tuning and query optimization. Support high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions. Collaborate with developers to improve database design and SQL queries. Monitor database health, capacity, and availability. Maintain technical documentation and database standards.ualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience working with enterprise database environments. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to database reliability.
