Responsibilities:
  • Review and organize billing information in Therapy
  • NotesTrack outstanding administrative and billing items
  • Maintain spreadsheets and records in Google Workspace
  • Assist with insurance and client account follow-upComplete assigned billing and administrative projects
Pay: 25–35/hour or a fixed rate per completed project.
Ideal candidate:
  • Experience with behavioral-health billing or private practice administration. Therapy
  • Notes experience is strongly preferred.
