Summary: The Data Integration team ensures that the information powering Copper Hill's solutions is accurate, reliable, and seamlessly connected. Team members work with client data, system integrations, automation tools, and emerging technologies to support the flow of information into our Global Trade Solution. From monitoring inbound data and maintaining data quality to troubleshooting integrations and improving automated processes, this team serves as a critical connection between business operations and technology. Core Responsibilities: The Data Integration team is responsible for ensuring that data entering Copper Hill's ecosystem is accurate, complete, and properly connected. Team members support data intake, validation, integration monitoring, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enable operational efficiency and high-quality client outcomes. By partnering across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Client Experience teams, Data Integration helps create a scalable and reliable foundation for Copper Hill's technology-enabled solutions. LeadLead complex integration initiatives and data onboarding projects Design and improve scalable data intake, validation, and integration processes Coordinate client communications related to data requirements and integration readiness Drive adoption of automation, AI, and emerging technologies within department workflows Develop and maintain data standards, technical documentation, and process controls Establish priorities and capacity planning across team workloads Act as the primary escalation point for integration-related issues Partner with leadership to define departmental metrics, goals, and continuous improvement initiatives Coach and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability Qualifications & SkillsCore Competencies Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and collaboration skills Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies Process-oriented mindset Organizational and time management skills Commitment to continuous improvement LeadFoundational understanding of data management concepts Strong organizational skills Ability to follow established processes and procedures Comfort working with spreadsheets, systems, and structured data Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Interest in developing technical and analytical skills Experience troubleshooting data or integration-related issues Strong understanding of data management and quality assurance principles Ability to analyze information and identify process improvements Knowledge of automation tools, workflows, or AI-assisted processes Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to independently manage priorities and operational responsibilities Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience Experience managing complex integrations or data initiatives Strong understanding of operational workflows and system dependencies Ability to drive process improvement and organizational change Strategic thinking and decision-making skills Strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder management abilities Experience implementing scalable solutions in a technology-enabled environment Where our team members are a valued asset.
