What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred 3+ months of loader experience preferred
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
  • Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled environments with prolonged standing and walking
  • Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, and twist throughout the shift
  • What You'll Do as a Lumper - Tire Loader:
  • Clear trailers of trash and debris before loading
  • Manually move and load thousands of car tires per shift
  • Inspect trailers for foreign materials or structural damage
  • Report unsuitable trailers and labeling issues to the Load Controller
  • Follow loading patterns from specification sheets
  • Load tread code tires and remove damaged or unreadable tires
  • Stage pallets and load poles as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Complete other tasks as assigned
