Kimble Recycling and Disposal, Inc. is looking for an experienced ****Road Call Technician to join our team — someone who can step in confidently, lead by example, and keep our fleet running safely and efficiently. This is more than a wrench-turning role. You'll be counted on to train and mentor junior mechanics, take initiative in diagnosing issues, and bring a high level of expertise to every service call — with the potential to serve as a shift supervisor. What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues: brakes, hydraulics, suspensions, drivetrains, electrical systems, etc. Conduct DOT safety checks and ensure regulatory compliance. Mentor and train less-experienced technicians and apprentices. Accurately document repairs, time, and parts used in our fleet software. Assist with larger projects and support the lead mechanic or supervisor. What You Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in diesel truck or heavy equipment repair.
