Build Manager Axiom Custom Products is a custom designer and manufacturer serving the creative, events, retail, and construction industries. We combine digital manufacturing, skilled craftsmanship, and in-house capabilities to take projects from concept through installation.
We’re looking for aBuild Managerto lead our build teams and ensure custom projects are completedsafely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to Axiom’s quality standards.
What You’ll Own Lead, support, and develop build teams and team leads
Plan and prioritize production based on project schedules, labor, and capacity
Coordinate closely with CNC, metal, finish, and manufacturing management
Review drawings, models, revisions, and build requirements
Monitor quality, labor hours, progress, and project budgets
Identify and resolve production issues before they become costly rework
Ensure accurate handoffs, staging, labeling, and completed assemblies
Promote safety, organization, accountability, and continuous improvement
Cross-train team members to build a flexible, capable workforce
Serve as a hands-on working manager who can step in and help solve problems when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience leading teams in acustom fabrication, woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of woodworking and cabinetry; familiarity with CNC and metal fabrication
Ability to read drawings and understand manufacturing processes
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Calm and effective under pressure
Comfortable balancing people, production, quality, schedule, and budget
A hands-on leadership style with a strong commitment to craftsmanship

Compensation & Benefits:
$38–$42/hour DOE, plus excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and Roth options, 20 days PTO after year one, and paid holidays.
