About the role

Gills Point S Tire & Auto is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to act as the primary connection between customers and the service team. You will greet customers, assess vehicle needs, provide honest recommendations focused on safety and reliability, and present accurate estimates for tires and maintenance. In this fast-paced role you will coordinate appointments, write repair orders, explain final recommendations, and support technicians.
