Experience: 15 to 18 yrs
Job Summary:
Manage the overall project and responsible for project deliverables per RACI Chart.
Own and facilitate the preparation, scheduling and review deliverables.
Analyze data archiving requests received from users/projects.
Create and implement new Data Archiving Objects.
Execute Data Archiving jobs, scheduling and monitoring of Archiving jobs.
Perform Archiving scoping cleansing.
Ensure that support tickets, service requests and change requests are managed within agreed service level agreements as per agreed quality standards.
