About the role
Carex Consulting Group seeks a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead the people side of a large-scale EHR transformation to athenahealth across multiple sites. You will guide clinicians and operations through phased implementations and serve as the change management architect.The ideal candidate has 10+ years in healthcare change programs and two full EHR deployments, with strong skills in Prosci/ADKAR, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness.
