AI Applied Engineer

Responsibilities: Development and deployment of Machine Learning models in various business functions. Ensuring the efficiency, simplicity, reliability, and scalability of systems driving AI applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and devise possible solutions using AI technologies. Maintaining a robust data pipeline to ensure seamless flow and quality of data. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in AI and Machine Learning. Maintain literature on AI tech stacks, sharing knowledge and expertise with internal teams and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to leverage AI technology to drive business growth and efficiency. Designing and executing experiments, then analysing detailed datasets to measure the performance of, and enhance AI models.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field. A Master’s degree or a Ph.D. is highly preferred. Strong understanding of AI technologies including Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing. Proven experience in applying AI/Machine Learning technology in a real-world context. Proficiency in AI programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with AI platforms and services, like Google TensorFlow or IBM Watson. Strong understanding of algorithm development, quantitative analysis, and debugging. Exceptional skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning and skills development.
