Front Desk Coordinator4 Corner Resources is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator. This is a contract opportunity (approximately 3-6 months) with strong potential to convert into a permanent position based on performance and business need. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys being a friendly face and first point of contact for a busy office.Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:Be the first person at the desk each morning and get the reception area ready for the dayGreet and welcome visitors with a professional, friendly presenceAnswer incoming calls and direct them to the right person or departmentPrepare conference rooms ahead of scheduled meetingsManage visitor check-in, badges, and related equipment so everything is organized and ready to goHelp plan and coordinate internal office events, celebrations, and employee recognition activitiesHandle general front desk and administrative tasks as they come upKeep on top of room bookings and day-to-day scheduling needsFront Desk Coordinator Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanorComfortable answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing callsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience with scheduling, calendars, or meeting coordination preferredReliable, punctual, professional, and comfortable working onsite Monday-FridayAbility to work independently, stay proactive, and anticipate office needsFront Desk Coordinator Details:Location: Lake Mary, FL (onsite)Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite; shift will be either 8:30 AM-5:30 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, and candidates should be open to eitherPay Rate: Starting at $18-$20/hourDuration: Contract role (approx. 3-6 months) with strong potential to convert to a permanent position
