About the role

Inventory Control Specialist We are looking to add Inventory Control Specialists to our team. Our auditors conduct monthly shop inventory and work with the shop crew and management to help control loss and improve operations. In addition to finding problems and opportunities you will be required to be part of the solution. We are interested in talking to people who: Have some retail or food service management or accounting experience. Enjoy people and want to help teach and train. Have an outgoing personality with the ability to share data and have tough conversations with all levels of management.
Responsibilities: Physical count of inventory to calculate inventory shrink. Cash verification. Check and resolve product code issues. Explain and teach the value of our shop accounting system to shop crew members and managers. Assist with operational and personnel issues. Work with managers to solve shrink issues.
