Role Description:
The Remote Office Administration Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Maryland, United States. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including organizing documents, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal communications. The associate will handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, basic accounting support, invoice tracking, and preparation of reports. The role also involves providing customer service support, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. The associate will collaborate with team members, assist in office logistics, and help maintain a well-structured and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with colleagues, customers, and vendors. Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage records, schedules, documentation, and daily office tasks. Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain positive relationships. Accounting knowledge to support invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic financial documentation. Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools).Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work independently on-site in Maryland while collaborating effectively with remote and local teams. Previous experience in office administration, textiles, retail, or related industries is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or related fields is a plus.
