About the role
1X is building home humanoid robots that move, learn, and operate in real life alongside people. We are shipping NEO and scaling our testing to ensure reliability across hardware, software, cloud, and embedded systems. You will own the reliability product and help the team deliver trustworthy robotics at fleet scale. As part of the reliability team, you will drive end-to-end testing from developer tests to real robot movement, triage issues, and propagate best practices across the organization
