Oracle Fusion Functional ManagerLocation: Miami, FL (Onsite)FTE onlyJob DescriptionMust Have Technical/Functional Skills 812+ years of ERP functional experience with Oracle Fusion CloudHands on experience in one or more Oracle Fusion domains: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash, Projects)SCM (P2P, O2C, Inventory, Manufacturing)HCM (Core HR, Absence, Talent, Payroll as applicable) Strong experience leading enterprise scale Oracle Fusion implementationsProven ability to work with senior business stakeholders and cross functional teamsStrong understanding of end-to-end business processes and controlsExperience supporting testing, cutover, and production stabilizationExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsRoles & ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesLead end to end functional ownership of assigned Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, or multiple domains as applicable) Conduct Fit to Standard / Fit Gap workshops and drive business process alignment to Oracle Fusion capabilitiesTranslate business requirements into functional designs, configurations, and solution decisionsEnsure a configuration first approach, minimizing customizations and extensionsPartner with business SMEs, IT teams, system integrators, and vendorsReview and approve functional design documents, configurations, and test scenariosSupport data migration validation, reporting requirements, and integration functional designLead functional support for SIT, UAT, cutover, and go live readinessProvide guidance during hypercare and transition to steady state supportEnsure compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirementsMentor and guide functional analysts and junior consultants
