Lantern is trusted by the nation's largest employers to deliver care to more than 6 million members across the country.A Customer Engagement Advocate similar to a patient advocate or customer service coordinator helps members navigate the surgical process, from answering questions and explaining benefits to coordinating with physician offices and provider selection. You'll be the face of the company for our members, bringing high energy, genuine empathy, and sharp problem-solving to help make a stressful process feel manageable.
