Role: Patient Transport Driver
Responsibilities:
Provide safe, reliable non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid and Medicare members. Pick up patients from homes or facilities and transport them to scheduled appointments. Assist patients with boarding and mobility devices as needed. Follow assigned routes using the company’s technology platform. Maintain on-time performance and document trips accurately. Communicate effectively with dispatch and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent driving skills and a safety-conscious mindset. Professionalism and empathy for vulnerable patient populations. Ability to operate technology platforms and navigate routes efficiently. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
