About the role

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
Maintain organized records and documentation.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer requests.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
Willingness to complete required training.
