This is a newly created role driven by growth and acquisition activity—a chance to step in, build, and lead. This role blends plant controllership with strategic FP&A and will be highly visible to senior leadership. What You'll Own Lead month‐end close, reporting, and financial analysis Build and manage full P&L forecasts and budgets Develop and maintain standard costing and inventory controls Analyze plant variances, absorption, and profitability Partner with operations on cost savings and margin improvement Support pricing, customer profitability, and acquisition integrations Oversee physical inventories and cycle counts What They're Looking For 3–5+ years of manufacturing or plant accounting experience Strong standard costing & inventory accounting background Prior plant controller or similar role Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, data analysis) Willing to travel ~1 week per month Why This Role Newly created leadership position PE‐backed growth platform with ~$1B in revenue High visibility to FP&A and executive leadership Hands‐on influence over plant performance and profitability Hybrid schedule with limited monthly travel If you're a manufacturing finance leader who thrives in both plant and corporate environments, this is a rare opportunity to make a real impact.
