About the role

Weekday 1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire Castilian Spanish voice actors to improve their model's audio data. You must be a native Castilian Spanish speaker from Spain and fluent in English for project communication. Compensation ranges from $35 to $250 per hour, with $250 USD per finished hour. Expect 2–10 hours per week. Onboarding begins after contract and ID verification, with a kickoff call. Submissions must be WAV, 44.1 kHz, mono, with minimal silence at start and end.
