Responsibilities:
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Technology Producer/Editor. Responsibilities:
Produces and edits internal short-form content, external marketing vignettes, and social video, with strong attention to detail
Oversees the ideation, writing, and production of short-form content, podcasts, and other multimedia projects
Compiles suggestions from Associates and management for potential future video content
Writes thoughtful interview questions that draw out compelling answers for department content
Engages with executives and other Associates during on-camera interviews, making them comfortable and helping them share their most compelling thoughts
Reacts quickly and professionally to revisions, new concepts, and last-minute ideas
Serves as a primary executor of pacing, flow, and storytelling arc across all video content
Ensures all content is edited to the most effective length
Provides color correction, basic audio mixing, music mixing, and sound effects for all video content
Oversees the review/feedback loop and manages revisions through final distribution
Ensures the company brand and culture are always displayed and communicated properly
Provides multiple creative solutions for executive needs, strategically aligned with the company brand
Remains aware of new trends in video production and incorporates them into LNN content
Archives all LNN video content, including raw footage and completed projects
Responds positively to Associate, executive, and management feedback
Ability to travel, including on short notice, when needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
3-5 years of experience as a Producer/Editor, showcasing a strong portfolio of video and multimedia projects
Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Familiarity with motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D, is a plus
Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to create compelling narratives through editing techniques
Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual consistency
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team environment
A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and staying current with industry trends
Experience in a fast‑paced, breaking news environment is helpful
Proficient with AI‑assisted editing tools (e.g., Premiere's text‑based editing, Enhance Speech, auto reframe; Descript or similar) to speed up logging, transcription, and rough cuts is a plus
Skilled with AI‑powered production tools (e.g., Artlist's AI music and sound library, generative editing features) is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
