Talent Solutions Manager Location: Huntsville, ALFully Remote Why TRCTRC offers Talent Solutions Managers the opportunity to build and lead a market with the support of a full-service talent platform. This role is a key pathway to senior leadership and executive growth within the organization. The Talent Solutions Manager drives revenue by selling TRC's full suite of talent solutions: Direct Hire, Contract, Project-Based Consulting, SOW, RPO, ROD, RAAS, and BPO, creating Total Talent Solutions for strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development Train and mentor AMs/SDRs to consult, sell, and grow strategic accounts Build account penetration strategies and turn key accounts into $500K+ in sales Coach close ratios, host monthly Lunch & Learns, and attend weekly networking events with reps Develop two President's Club winners annually Sales Target companies and C-level decision-makers within $500K+ verticals Sell full-solution talent packages and execute MSAsPartner with VP of Talent Solutions, RPO Solutions Architect, and marketing on account strategy and C-level content Maintain long-term client relationships and produce $1.5M in Gross Margin annually Admin & Closing Maintain CRM/sales tools and support smooth invoicing/expense processes
