About Code Green Response Code Green Response’s mission is simple: provide emergency responders with the tools they need to help communities recover after natural disasters. CGR provides rapidly deployable workforce housing, mobile offices, power, sanitation services, transportation assets, and related operational support for utilities, government agencies, contractors, and large scale projects. CGR is redefining how temporary basecamps are powered through next generation solar and battery technology. From our manufacturing facility in Madison, Georgia, we incorporate solar panels and mobile battery systems directly into our core response units, helping reduce fuel dependence, noise, and logistical demands in the field. As our company expands, we are building out our Florida operations in Lake City and looking for a highly capable early career professional to help identify new business opportunities, support proposal efforts, and strengthen CGR’s pipeline of contract opportunities across Florida and the Southeast.
Position Summary:
CGR is seeking a highly curious, organized, and capable early career professional to support business development, market research, and proposal efforts. This is not a traditional sales position. The Business Development Analyst will help identify opportunities, understand customers and markets, monitor public and private procurement activity, research major projects and organizations, support proposals, and provide company leadership with clear information for sound business decisions. We are looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out. The successful candidate should be comfortable receiving an unfamiliar question, independently researching it, determining what information matters, and presenting concise conclusions and recommended next steps. Regular in person presence at CGR's Lake City office is required. Hybrid telework opportunities may be available after an introductory period based on performance, reliability, and company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential opportunities involving disaster response, utilities, infrastructure, telecommunications, data centers, government agencies, and major contractors.• Monitor procurement portals, RFPs, RFIs, contract notices, infrastructure announcements, public records, industry publications, and other sources.• Research prospective customers, decision makers, incumbent contractors, competitors, contract history, procurement requirements, and potential partners.• Review solicitations and prepare concise summaries of requirements, deadlines, risks, and recommended next steps.• Assist with drafting and coordinating proposals, qualifications packages, vendor registrations, and other submissions.• Prepare briefing materials for customer meetings and maintain organized records of opportunities, contacts, deadlines, and follow up actions.• Use modern AI, research, and productivity tools to improve the speed and quality of research, analysis, drafting, and organization while independently verifying information and exercising sound judgment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required. Field of study is less important than demonstrated strength in research, writing, critical thinking, and communication.• Recent graduates and early career professionals are encouraged to apply.• Prior public service experience strongly preferred, including government, military, Peace Corps, Ameri Corps, emergency management, public safety, policy, legislative work, or related service.• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern research, productivity, and AI tools.• Willingness to support emergency response deployments when needed, including occasional short notice travel and work outside normal business hours. Growth Opportunity This position is intended to grow with CGR. As the company expands, strong performers may take on greater responsibility for proposals, market research, customer outreach, and business development, with increased exposure to clients and larger pursuits over time.
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 to $58,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full time position based in Lake City, Florida. Hybrid telework opportunities may be available after an introductory period based on performance, reliability, and company needs.
