We are currently looking for an experienced Foremanto lead our crews and help us continue delivering top-tier results.

Position Overview:
The Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, managing crew members, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality asphalt work efficiently and on schedule.
This is ahands-on leadership role —you will be expected to lead by example and work alongside your crew.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead asphalt crews on-site (paving, patching, milling, etc.)
Coordinate daily job tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule
Read and interpret job specs, site plans, and measurements
Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members
Ensure proper use of equipment and materials
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment (OSHA standards)
Train and mentor crew members
Troubleshoot issues in the field and make real-time decisions
Ensure quality control on all work performed????
Qualifications:
3–5+ years experiencein asphalt paving, patching, or related work
Priorforeman or crew leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of asphalt processes, materials, and equipment
Ability to read grades, plans, and layouts
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Valid driver’s license ( CDL preferred but not required )
