About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly service-oriented Office Administrator to help keep our small office running smoothly. The right person genuinely enjoys helping others, takes initiative without being asked, and is excited to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who believes no task is beneath them and takes pride in making the office and everyone in it more successful each day. We hire for attitude first and experience second. If you're someone who naturally looks for ways to help, enjoys learning new things, and takes pride in making everyone around you more successful, you'll fit in well here.

Open the office and prepare the workspace for the day. Order, organize, and restock office and kitchen supplies. Run office-related errands and occasional personal errands. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Keep conference rooms, reception, kitchen, and shared spaces clean, organized, and client-ready. Provide general administrative and receptionist support wherever needed.
What We're Looking For:
A naturally positive, friendly, and welcoming personality. A genuine desire to help others and make their day easier. Humble, team-first, and willing to do whatever is needed. Proactive and self-motivated, you notice what needs to be done before you're asked. Dependable, punctual, and accountable. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and switching gears throughout the day. Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and continuously improving. Comfortable with Mac, Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other common office technology. Willingness to occasionally adjust hours (not required, but a plus)Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive, close-knit team. Every day is different—no boring desk job. Your role has a direct impact on the company's success. We value initiative, trust, professionalism, humility, and most of all, a great attitude! To Apply: Submit your resume and a short note about why you’d be a great fit.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
