About Us: Wedding Industry Ads (WIA) is a fast-growing, female-founded advertising agency supporting wedding pros, venues, and creative entrepreneurs with high-performing Meta + Google Ads, data-driven marketing, and strategic growth systems. About the Role:
  • This is a full-time independent contractor position (30–40 hours/week) supporting three core areas:1. Client Reporting
  • Pull monthly ad performance data (Meta + Google)
  • Format reports + highlight key insights (training provided)
  • Maintain organized reporting dashboards and internal documentation2. Ad Creative Production
  • Design static ads, simple video edits in Canva, and branded creative assets based on client needs
  • Draft ad copy variations using WIA frameworks
  • Collaborate with our strategists to prepare creative assets for Meta & Google campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across creative deliverables3. WIA Internal Marketing
  • Assist with email marketing (scheduling emails and creating automated workflow sequences in Go High Level platform)
  • Create social media content (IG, FB, LinkedIn), schedule posts, and engage on accounts (training provided)
  • Repurpose videos, reels, and long-form content and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
This is a full-time contractor role (35–40 hours/week), with opportunities for growth as we scale.
