About the role

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee school-age programs and summer camps across a large service area. You will help plan, develop, and implement diverse programs supporting youth development, safety, and positive outcomes for members. The role requires coordinating staff, volunteers, and program activities, with emphasis on compliance, documentation, and effective communication with families and stakeholders.
