Job Description: Hardwood Molding Operator
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Some overtime required)
Pay: Negotiable based on experience
We are seeking a reliable Hardwood Molding Operator to join our team. This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is responsible for operating molding equipment to produce quality hardwood products.
Responsibilities:
Operate molding machines and follow production schedules/work orders.
Set up tooling and adjust machine settings as needed.
Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy.
Trim, finish, label, and package products for shipment.
Clean equipment, recycle scrap wood, and maintain a safe work area.
Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.1-2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
