Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degreein Medical Technology or a related scientific discipline
Minimum education requirement: BA or BSin Medical Technology or science‑based field
Hospital or reference laboratory experience preferred
Strongcritical thinking , decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to function effectively in ahigh‑stress clinical environmentand take appropriate action
Preferred QualificationsMasters degree(MBA or MA/MS in a scientific discipline)
Previous experience serving as aLaboratory Directoror in a senior laboratory leadership role
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
