About the role
- CompensationConduct job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking
- Support salary structure maintenance and annual merit review cycles
- Assist with administration of incentive programs
- Provide analysis and insights to support pay decisions
- Support administration of U.S. benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement, leave)
- Assist with open enrollment and employee communications
- Coordinate with brokers, vendors, and administrators
- Support compliance activities, including ERISA and ACA requirements
- Total Rewards & Operations
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation and benefits
- Support reporting, audits, and governance processes
- Contribute to process improvements and data integrity initiatives
- Assist with coordination of international benefits programs
- What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field4–7+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
- Working knowledge of U.S. benefits and compensation practices
- Familiarity with ERISA, ACA, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
