About the role

SIXT is seeking a Director of Rental Operations to lead performance across our New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts network. This hands-on, high-visibility role oversees multi-site operations at major airports and reports to the Regional Vice President. You will own revenue growth, fleet utilization, and customer experience while developing managers and driving strategic growth through 2027. A strong focus on technology and process improvements is required.
