Commercial HVAC Field Service Leader Ready to take the next step beyond being the technician everyone calls for help? CCAC Building Solutions is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC professional to lead and support our field service technicians. You’ll stay connected to the technical side of the trade while helping technicians troubleshoot, improve quality, reduce callbacks, and grow their skills.

What we’re looking for:
• 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience• Universal CFC Certification• Strong commercial HVAC troubleshooting skills• Experience with chillers, boilers, controls, DX systems, heat pumps, and other commercial equipment• Strong communication and leadership skills• Someone technicians can trust for technical guidance and support If you’re an experienced Commercial HVAC technician who enjoys solving tough problems, helping other technicians succeed, and is ready for the next step in your career, we’d like to talk to you.
