Lab Technician Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Optical Lab Technicians for a vision care manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality prescription lenses while supporting quality, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, detailed inspection tasks, and working as part of a team, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! Perform production and manufacturing tasks related to prescription lens fabrication Inspect and verify products meet quality specifications and standards Complete accurate written and computer-based production records Conduct detailed visual inspections using inspection equipment Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Work at multiple production stations and cross-train in different areas as needed Participate in team meetings focused on productivity and continuous improvement Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during the shift Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly Basic computer skills and effective communication abilities Manufacturing, production, quality inspection, or optical lab experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
