Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsPrimary Skill: Product OwnerSecondary: Payments, WIRES experienceExperience: Minimum 10 yearsLocation: Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TXRoles & Responsibilities· Backlog Management: Own, groom, and prioritize the agile product backlog using tools like JIRA.Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.· Payment Strategy: Oversee the transition from legacy wire architectures to modern payment rails (e.g., ISO 20022, FedNow).· Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, compliance officers, and IT delivery teams.· Quality Assurance: Review and accept Agile deliverables, ensuring specified acceptance criteria and compliance standards are met prior to release.
