The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the value of the company's product offerings, with a focus on the endoscopy solution set, and for developing and delivering C-level presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition. This role involves maximizing the customer experience, driving re-occurring revenue opportunities, and ensuring customer compliance. The VP will also be involved in assisting with pre and post-sale activities, providing quarterly forecasts, and training new team members on endoscopy department and workflows. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years of sales management experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 10 years specifically in endoscopy and SPD departments. A keen knowledge of key scope manufacturers and key contacts within IDN and equipment planning partners across North America is essential. The role requires the ability to understand construction timelines, project blueprints, and to target new construction and renovation endo projects. The VP will also be responsible for managing market feedback, developing ROI documentation, and formalizing customer reference sites.
