Principal Integration Test Engineer Permobil has a position open for a Principal Integration Test Engineer

Pay Range: $150,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually

Schedule: Full Time - Monday through Friday

Your Role in Our Mission Defines, communicates, and drives technical strategy across teams, product lines, or organizational areas. Solves novel, organization scale technical problems; creates reusable platforms, guardrails, and systems that improve long-term velocity and reliability. Shapes long-term technical and product roadmaps in collaboration with organizational and business leaders. Influences high level architectural decisions and ensures alignment between business objectives, technology investments, and long-term system health. Mentors less tenured engineers; set the bar for technical excellence, engineering rigor, and organizational engineering culture. Establishes and governs engineering standards, product safety and efficacy standards, architecture patterns, and scalability principles. Owns and approves strategic architecture decisions; defines frameworks and conventions that guide decision making across teams. Approves drawings, schematics, and merge requests within their domain. Shape long-term technology strategy by establishing priorities for technology scouting domains, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on high-impact technical bets for the business.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Software, or a related engineering discipline preferred.15+ years of applied professional experience preferred.
Bachelor of Engineering Degree from an accredited institution.
Master of Engineering Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
