Printing Machine Operator _ _ | Second Shift| Erlanger, KY | $18-$22/hr The Printing Machine Operator is responsible for loading, unloading, testing, and operating the Spartanic Punch in the KEM department.
Responsibilities: Operate, clean, inspect, and troubleshoot printing and coating equipment while following established operating procedures. Load materials, monitor production runs, and inspect finished sheets to ensure proper registration, alignment, and overall product quality. Complete production logs and required documentation, communicate equipment or production issues promptly, and work closely with team leads to meet production schedules. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards and company policies.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 to 5 years of machine operation experience Prior printing experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent work experience Good communication skills, both written and verbal Strong Mechanical aptitude High attention to detail Ability to quickly identify production problems and ability to identify quality problems Ability to work well with others and cooperate with team members and leadership team

Second Shift: 2:45pm-10:45pm Mon-Fri
