- Diagnose and treat shoulder conditions including sports injuries, trauma, and degenerative disorders
- Provide advanced shoulder care, including arthroscopy and coordination of shoulder arthroplasty cases as appropriate
- Manage all aspects of preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Collaborate closely with onsite physical therapy teams to optimize rehabilitation outcomes
- Optionally provide sports knee care based on interest and referral volume
- Perform in-office procedures such as ultrasound-guided injections
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
- Participate in quality improvement and practice development initiatives
- Fellowship training in Sports Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABOS or applicable sports medicine board)
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure (MD or DO)
- Strong expertise in shoulder pathology and advanced procedural care
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
