About the job: Location: Arlington Type: Full-Time Compensation: $60,000 salary + mileage reimbursement The Davenport Group, Arlington's #1 real estate team by sales volume in 2025, is hiring a Brand & Listing Associate to be our boots on the ground. You'll be out at properties capturing photo and video content for our brand, getting listings ready to hit the market, and making sure every property looks its best. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who loves being on the move. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to break into real estate. You'll work alongside a top-producing team, learn how listings come together from start to finish, and see the business up close. Key Responsibilities: Capture photo and video content at listings, open houses, and around Arlington for our social media and marketing. Prepare listings for market, including light staging, sign and lockbox installation, and property checks. Set up and break down open houses, delivering marketing materials and making sure everything is guest-ready. Run property errands, such as meeting vendors, dropping off materials, and checking on vacant listings. Support our listing coordinator and content team, executing shoots, setups, and property tasks on schedule. Learn the business by shadowing agents and supporting listings from prep through launch. What We're Looking For: Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and willingness to drive across Arlington and the DC area. Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends for open houses and shoots. Comfortable shooting content on a smartphone, with an eye for what looks great on social media. Highly organized and dependable, able to juggle multiple properties and deadlines. Strong communicator who represents the team professionally with clients and vendors. Genuine interest in real estate, no prior experience required.
