About the role
Join ShawCor Corporateas a Talent Acquisition Partner inFairfield, Ohio (Hybrid)for afull-time, 1-year contract. In this role, you will collaborate directly with hiring leaders to improve recruiting outcomes, strengthen talent pipelines, and contribute to the continued evolution of a high-performing Talent Acquisition function. You will also help shape an interview and hiring experience that reflects professionalism and company values.
What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business priorities, challenge conventional thinking, and develop hiring strategies designed for long-term success.
- Use talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and thoughtful consultation to support informed hiring decisions.
- Design creative sourcing strategies, build targeted talent pipelines, and proactively engage high-caliber professionals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
- Develop strong cross-business partnerships by understanding challenges, anticipating hiring needs, and delivering practical solutions.
- Attract talent that strengthens organizational capabilities and supports business objectives, including both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Continuously build talent communities, maintain market awareness, and identify emerging trends that help the organization stay ahead of changing workforce demands.
- Apply data, market insights, candidate feedback, and recruiting best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Deliver hiring outcomes that support business growth and operational success, while contributing to the evolution of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Build meaningful candidate relationships and ensure the recruiting experience reflects professionalism and values.
- What you bring3+ yearsof experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition; in-house talent experience is considered an asset.
- A proven ability to proactively source and engage talent in competitive markets.
- Strong process disciplineto track talent activities against team and company metrics.
- Strong relationship-buildingand stakeholder management skills.
- A consultative mindset with confidence to influence and guide hiring decisions.
- Curiosity about talent markets, workforce trends, and innovative recruiting practices.
