About the role
- Drive requirements with Robotics and partner teams, vendors and third parties to align our internal tooling efforts
- Conceptualize, design, build, and maintain internal fullstack tools to support Robotics programs that contribute towards network designing, planning, deployment, operation, etc
- Architect efficient and reusable full-stack systems that drive complex Robotics applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement, verify and iterate on internal customer facing products, identify and resolve performance and user interface scalability issues
- Help scale and optimize our overall network capacity by developing cutting edge software solutions which improve efficiency and bring automation through Robotics to our data centers
- Proactively find gaps that impact multiple teams/orgs, come up with the execution plan and drive the project and influence other teams to reach there
- Lead/mentor other engineers within and outside of the team. Work with other team members from partner teams, understand their challenges, define and deliver automation solutions to address challenges
- Help make the people around you move faster by identifying issues slowing the team down and driving changes to address them
- Help with recruiting and onboarding of new members to the team. Help them by mentoring and ensuring their quick ramp-up within our environment

- Knowledge of Robotics applications and products towards software development
- Experience working on a global team in a matrixed environment with limited supervision
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience leading and contributing to large cross-functional projects in a global environment
- Knowledge of PHP, Javascript, Python, React, GraphQL
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
