Missions The Community of Communes of Haut Languedoc aims to implement its Local Intercommunal Urban Planning. The territory is currently covered by various urban planning documents: the PLUi of Monts de Lacaune (which includes 11 of the 20 communes of the territory), 5 Communal PLU, a part of the PLUi "Vals and Plateaus of Monts de Lacaune" following the change of EPCI of a commune in 2019. Moreover, 3 communes of the territory do not have an urban planning document and are thus subject to the National Urban Planning Regulation. In light of this and the imperatives of the Climate and Resilience Law of August 22, 2021, and particularly its objective of "zero net artificialization" by 2050, the elaboration of a PLUi of Haut Languedoc covering the 20 communes of the intercommunality appears necessary. The project manager "Urban Planning and Development" will be the reference. In addition to this main mission, the project manager will intervene in the territorial development projects of the community, in close liaison with the Deputy Director General "Technical", and the various services of the community according to the themes of the projects. They will also be the reference for the elaboration of the Intercommunal Safeguarding Plan (PICS).Profile Sought
