About the role

Rogers-O'Brien Construction is seeking a Quality Project Manager to lead and implement a comprehensive QA/QC framework across our projects. You will report to the Quality Senior Project Manager and champion quality improvements with on-site and office teams, applying innovative tools to drive consistency and excellence. This role requires 5+ years in on-site construction, strong leadership, and ability to travel 2-3 times per month within Texas.
