Mammography Technologist

Salary Range: $98,000 – $115,000 per year Bonus / Commission (if applicable): $15,000 Sign-On Bonus $5,000 Relocation Assistance

Location: Boston, MA -Onsite

Position Summary: As a Mammography Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality breast imaging services while providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Working within a leading Breast Imaging team, you will perform diagnostic mammography procedures, educate patients, and collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes. This position offers an outstanding work-life balance with no weekends, holidays, on-call responsibilities, or overnight shifts.

Responsibilities: Schedule / Shift Shift details: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Hours per week: 40 Contract length (if applicable): Direct Hire

Key Duties: Perform high-quality mammography examinations in accordance with established clinical protocols Ensure patient comfort, safety, and education throughout the imaging process Operate and maintain mammography and radiologic imaging equipment Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to support efficient patient care and workflow Assist with training and mentoring technologists and students as needed while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements: Education

Required: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program Preferred (if applicable): N/A

Required: ARRT Certification in Mammography (ARRT-M) Active Massachusetts Radiology/Mammography License Additional certifications (if applicable): N/A

Skills: Strong knowledge of mammography procedures and breast imaging equipment Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Commitment to quality, accuracy, and patient-centered care
