About the role
The Associate Counsel will serve on the Licensing, Regulations, and Compliance team within the Office of Cannabis Management's Office of General Counsel, reporting to a Deputy Counsel. Responsibilities include providing legal support to OCM's licensing and compliance teams, supervising attorneys and legal assistants, representing OCM in administrative hearings, drafting legislation and regulations, and conducting legal research.
