About the role
Providing compassionate support in a fully remote environment, the full-time Care Center Representative will manage incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, monitor medical alerts, and ensure accurate record-keeping while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and dispatch responses according to established protocols
Monitor medical alerts and provide care during stressful situations
Record call details and maintain accurate customer information in real-time
Required qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems preferred
Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed
