About the role

Leading functional delivery across key project workstreams, the full-time remote Senior Salesforce Consultant will translate complex client business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams throughout the implementation process. Key responsibilitiesLead functional workstreams across discovery, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with business leaders to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs while ensuring alignment with overall business objectivesRequired qualificationsB.S. in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience 4+ years of technology consulting, CRM, or Salesforce implementation experience Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and experience delivering solutions Experience facilitating client discovery sessions and leading functional workstreams Demonstrated ability to mentor junior consultants or Business Analysts
