Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Recruiter to identify and engage qualified candidates for open roles across multiple departments. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. This Full-Time position supports a growing team in scaling hiring efforts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles using job boards, social media, and professional networks.• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, collecting structured feedback.• Manage candidate communications and maintain organized records in applicant tracking systems.• Partner with hiring teams to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria based on market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.• Proficiency in sourcing platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.• Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct structured interviews.• Familiarity with technical recruitment processes for roles in software development or IT services.
