🚨 Now Hiring: Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift📍 Fort Atkinson, WI
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production, scheduling & team productivity
- Ensure HACCP, USDA, quality & safety compliance
- Manage employee training, work assignments & performance
- Monitor yields, labor costs & production efficiency
- Support equipment effectiveness and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- ERP/manufacturing system experience preferred
- Union environment & conflict resolution experience is a plus
